Delivery area

BedaPeques ships to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. For other destinations, delivery availability and shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process, before you confirm your order.

Shipping costs

Mainland Spain: €3.95 for orders up to €29.99 and free shipping on orders of €30 or more.
Balearic Islands: €9.95.
Other destinations: delivery availability and shipping costs are calculated and displayed during the checkout process, before you confirm and pay for your order.

Applicable costs are displayed before you confirm and pay for your order.

Preparation and dispatch

Orders are prepared once payment has been confirmed. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via the contact details provided at checkout.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Typical delivery times

Mainland Spain: typically 24–48 business hours from dispatch.
Balearic Islands: delivery may take longer than to mainland Spain.

These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, periods of high demand, logistical issues, adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. If we become aware of any significant issue, we will do our best to inform you and help you resolve it.

The above estimates do not limit the agreed delivery timeframe or the rights provided for by applicable law. If your order cannot be delivered within the agreed timeframe or within the timeframe required by law, you may exercise your rights as a consumer.

International shipping and customs

International orders are shipped via Correos and include tracking. Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method used; customs checks may add time to delivery. Unless another timeframe has been agreed, the applicable statutory delivery timeframe will apply.

For destinations outside the European Union’s customs and tax territory, the shipping costs displayed in the store do not include customs duties, import taxes or clearance charges payable at the destination. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will be communicated by the customs authority or the local carrier. The import terms and limits of the destination country apply.

Receipt and issues

BedaPeques remains responsible for the loss or damage of your order until you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the package, except as otherwise provided by law.

Please check your order upon receipt. If you notice any damage, incorrect items, missing products or any other issue, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it. Defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped products are processed at no cost to the customer, in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy and applicable law.
