Delivery area
BedaPeques ships to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. For other destinations, delivery availability and shipping costs are calculated during checkout, before you confirm your order.
Shipping costs
- Mainland Spain: €3.95 for orders up to €29.99; free shipping on orders of €30 or more.
- Balearic Islands: €9.95 per order.
- Other destinations: delivery availability and shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout, before you confirm and pay for your order.
Applicable charges are displayed before you confirm and pay for your order.
Order preparation and dispatch
Orders are prepared once payment has been confirmed. When your order is dispatched, we will send the tracking information available using the contact details provided at checkout. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Typical delivery times
- Mainland Spain: usually 24–48 business hours from dispatch.
- Balearic Islands: delivery may take longer than to mainland Spain.
These delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, periods of high demand, logistical issues, adverse weather or other circumstances outside the normal course of transport. If we become aware of a significant issue, we will do our best to inform you and help resolve it.
These estimates do not limit the agreed delivery timeframe or the rights provided by applicable law. If we cannot deliver your order within the agreed timeframe or the timeframe required by law, you may exercise your rights as a consumer.
International shipping and customs
International orders are shipped with Correos and include tracking. Transit time depends on the destination and the service used; customs checks may delay delivery. Unless a different timeframe has been agreed, the applicable statutory delivery timeframe applies.
For destinations outside the European Union’s customs and tax territory, the shipping costs shown in the store do not include customs duties, import taxes or clearance charges payable at destination. Where applicable, these charges are the recipient’s responsibility and will be communicated by the customs authority or the local carrier. The import conditions and limits of the destination country apply.
Receipt and delivery issues
BedaPeques remains responsible for loss of or damage to your order until you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the parcel, except where the law provides otherwise.
Please check your order when it arrives. If you notice damage, an incorrect item, a missing product or any other issue, contact us as soon as possible so we can look into it. Defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped products are handled at no cost to the customer, in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy and applicable law.
